Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) professional with strong French communication skills to manage end-to-end AP operations and handle client interactions effectively. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in invoice processing, vendor management, reconciliations, and payment-related activities along with the ability to communicate fluently in French and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations.
- Process vendor invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
- Handle payment processing, vendor reconciliations, and query resolution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and overseas clients for AP-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Monitor aging reports and resolve outstanding issues proactively.
- Support month-end closing activities and reporting.
- Handle client communication independently in French and English.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP).
- Fluent communication skills in French (Speaking mandatory).
- Strong understanding of AP processes, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
- Experience in client handling/stakeholder management roles.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- French language certification will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience working with international clients preferred.
