PRESENTATION OF THE TEAM
The Strategy Enablement & Transformation team defines and drives AXA
GOBO business and operations strategy in partnership with Executive
Leadership team to deliver their strategic business priorities. The team
is responsible for:

Overarching program leadership for the AXAllence Program Portfolio
projects, ensuring all steering, project management and deliverables are
effectively achieved

Driving execution across all AXAllence projects through thought
leadership, project management methods, and ensure deliverables and
coordination

Leading strategy development and transformation for GOBO, in response to
company capabilities, analysing partner needs and the competitive market
context.

Designing and implementing a strategic portfolio management for AXA GOBO
including process, method and governance

Managing and tracking the budget and deliverables for all strategic
programs

Ensuring proper support for the strategic portfolio projects, through
existing teams and capabilities
SCOPE OF THE ROLE
We have a fantastic opportunity to appoint a Lead Strategic Program
Delivery at AXA GO Business Operations, supporting the Head of
Strategy Enablement & Transformation as an integral part of our
SE&T team. Working in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment, we
are looking for a candidate who feels comfortable and is experienced in
working with a wide variety of international stakeholders and senior
management. A true thought leader, you will be experienced and pragmatic
in supporting a global transformation program. Within this role, managing
varying levels of ambiguity, implementing pragmatic solutions, and
building excellent working relationships will be paramount to enable the
successful delivery of the program.
With a proven track record of managing hands on operational and strategic
projects delivery of medium to high complexity and scale from definition
to closure, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a
single project or a work-stream of a larger project/program, proactively
balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes, and benefits. Working
closely with the Head of Strategy Enablement & Transformation you will
drive critical strategic projects globally to improve current business
operations and revise them to achieve the long-term vision. A highly
skilled professional you will be responsible for setting a common project
management framework for GOBO as well as develop and implement the new
governance and process.
As a hands-on Lead Strategic Program Delivery you will be humble but
driven, performing, and dedicated with a keen eye for attention to detail.
CONTENT OF THE ROLE
Strategic Planning and Operations
-
Definition and delivery of key strategic initiatives, from concept
through to execution, undertaking market and business discovery
activities to enable formation of strategic recommendations.

Bringing thought leadership into the business to challenge the CEO and
their Senior Leadership Team and drive transformational opportunities.

Closely track multiple workstreams and initiatives, documenting
performance vs key milestones, proactively anticipating any issues that
could result in delays, ensuring that sponsors and stakeholders are made
aware and engaged in resolution

Design and implement scalable operational frameworks, processes, and
policies to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across
departments.
Project Management

Championing the adoption and consistent application of project and
portfolio management processes and tools, to help track the delivery of
the transformation program against KPIs
-
Owning, maintaining, and continuously improving the PMO reporting
systems and registers
-
Develop and improve our approach to program, project and change
management in support of the strategic planning cycle for relevant
investments for GOBO
-
Drive process improvement initiatives within the PMO by evaluating
existing practices, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and
implementing streamlined procedures to optimize project management
efficiency
-
Act as relationship manager with key integral stakeholders and clearly
convey project status and issues, constraints, risks, and plans to all
audience levels, with an understanding of the impact of problems across
the organisation and facilities collaborative solutions
PERIMETER OF THE ROLE
PROFILE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with
the ability to inform, persuade, influence, and constructively challenge
a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and
influencing skills, at all working and management levels

Analytical and problem-solving: A profound ability to identify problems,
analyse data, and develop effective solutions. Demonstrable ability to
understand, interpret, analyze, and present complex data.

Strategic Thinking: The ability to apply strategic thinking to ensure
alignment with the organisation's vision, goals, and objectives while
ensuring the PMO's objectives are achieved.

Project Management: A strong background and 10+ years' experience in
overseeing multiple projects, creating detailed project plans, and
managing budgets, timelines, and communication plans and deep expertise
in project management methodologies and practices.

Business Acumen: The understanding of business operations, process
improvement, and financial analysis to be able to drive the PMO strategy
and align it with the organisation's goals and objectives.

Education: Masters' Degree in International Business Administration,
Finance, Strategy, Operations, or equivalent professional experience
-
Experience: 10+ years' experience in a Business Management, Strategy and
Planning, Data Analytics, large scale project management with management
consulting firms or top corporates
