Job Summary:

As a Project Coordinator specializing in wind energy and renewables, you will play a pivotal role in driving our projects to success in Delhi. Your extensive experience will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed quality expectations, ultimately contributing to our mission of renewable energy advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities by collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish project milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing timely updates and addressing any issues that could impact project timeline or quality.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project goals and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in resource management, including procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks in the renewable energy context.
• Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring clear agendas and actionable outcomes are developed and communicated.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant project management experience, specifically within the wind energy and renewables sectors.
• Proven experience using project management software to track and report project metrics effectively.
• Strong understanding of the renewable energy landscape and regulatory frameworks affecting wind energy projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of motivating teams to meet project objectives.
• Effective problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming project challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with international renewable energy projects or cross-border collaborations.
• Knowledge of specialized software tools in renewable energy forecasting and analysis.
