Vendor Management

Key accountabilities & responsibilities:

1. On behalf of the Vendor Management team, provide operational delivery support to ensure that the below processes and activities are understood, coordinated and tracked appropriately:

• Vendor Regulatory, Risk & Compliance
• Reporting
• Demand Management & Planning
• Document storage and administration
• Team process documentation, design and improvement (including automation where possible)
• Common artefact creation and administration

1. Working with the Vendor Management Office Lead, ensure that the agreed group of lower criticality suppliers are managed to the appropriate level of service, in line with organizational requirements.
2. Work with the off-shore and on-shore teams, to ensure activities are aligned and tasks assigned accordingly.

Your Profile:

Expected Skills & Experience:

1. Experience managing and developing business processes, ideally within a commercial and regulated environment
2. Experience developing relationships with external vendors
3. High levels of commercial acumen and financial awareness, to drive cost efficiency throughout the engagement lifecycle
4. Data-literate, with a good understanding of reporting systems and structures
5. Able to work with new technology systems and understand how to adopt them to improve process efficiency and quality of outcomes 
6. Adaptable, collaborative with a clear focus on strategic objectives
7. Strong attention to detail, taking pride in the accuracy of outcomes delivered  

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Power point) including data analysis and reporting tools.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to challenge assumptions and validate data.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

• Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently and proactively in an offshore multinational and cross-cultural environment.

Key interfaces (How does the role interact):

Education: Masters/Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent. Masters/Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage
