About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead and strengthen the HR Operations function in a global, fast-paced environment. This role will play a critical part in driving operational excellence across core HR processes, ensuring compliance, and enabling a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR Operations including payroll, compliance, policies, and employee lifecycle management
• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance across geographies
• Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and frameworks
• Drive operational efficiency, automation, and standardization across HR processes
• Partner with internal stakeholders (HRBPs, Finance, Legal, Leadership) to deliver aligned HR solutions
• Manage audits, risk mitigation, and governance frameworks within HR operations
• Oversee payroll processes ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Lead and mentor HR operations teams, ensuring high performance and capability building

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to HR Operations
• Proven experience in global organizations (IT/ITES, Consulting, or similar environments preferred)
• Strong expertise in HR compliances, payroll management, and policy design
• Holistic understanding of the entire HR function and employee lifecycle
• Experience in managing large-scale operations and complex stakeholder environments
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience in a leadership role managing teams
