Business Analyst Data

Role: Data Business Analyst 

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Business Analyst with expertise in end-to-end business analysis, including requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation across projects, enhancements, and change requests. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to identify gaps, define solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals. 

• Lead data-focused activities such as data mapping, transformation support, validation, and quality checks across systems. 

• Define data requirements for reporting and analytics and support reconciliation between source and target systems. 

• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, develop process models, and support reporting/dashboard design while ensuring effective stakeholder communication .   
  
  Role:IT Business Analyst (Insurance)

  Experienced Business Analyst with 6+ years in the General Insurance/Financial Services domain with strong requirement elicitation and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in creating Epics and User Stories using Jira and Confluence, with a good understanding of use cases, value streams, personas, and BPMN/data modelling.

• Agile-minded professional who can work independently and support junior team members while adapting to business priorities.
