Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Automation Engineer with a strong
foundation in Python scripting, CI/CD practices, and data governance
principles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability through
continuous learning and possess hands-on experience in creating automated
solutions to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Python and Shell
scripting to improve operational workflows.

Create, configure, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate
build, test, and deployment processes.

Develop and integrate solutions using REST APIs to enable seamless
automation and system integration.

Implement and maintain data governance practices, including access
control mechanisms and data cataloging processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation
opportunities and implement scalable solutions.

Monitor and troubleshoot automated jobs and pipelines to ensure
reliability and performance.
- Document automation processes, procedures, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in:
Python programming and Shell scripting (Bash/PowerShell).

Hands-on experience with:
CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins (job creation, pipeline configuration,
automation).

Working knowledge of:
REST API design, implementation, and integration.
- Experience creating automated jobs and workflows.
Data Governance:

Understanding of:

data cataloging concepts and practices.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, or related field. Equivalent work experience may be
considered in lieu of formal education.
Experience Level
4 - 5 years of relevant experience in automation, DevOps, or software
