Trade Finance Lead

Key Responsibilities:
* Banking & Documentation: Manage sanction letters, loan agreements, security documents, charge creation/satisfaction, and pari passu setups. 
* Working Capital & Monitoring: Handle LC/BG issuance, DP statement submissions, working capital limit utilization, and facility renewals. 
* Compliance & Covenants: Track loan covenants, ensure compliance with lender conditions, and maintain banking databases/reports. 
* Lender Coordination: Coordinate between banks/NBFCs and internal teams for Banking Operations & Charge Management

 

Requirements:
* Education: B.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA 
* Experience: 2–5 years in corporate finance, treasury, or corporate banking 
* Skills: Strong knowledge of working capital, credit facilities, loan documentation, trade finance , and MS Excel
