We are hiring a Chief Learning Officer (CLO) who will report to the Director HR to govern and synchronize a multi-pillared learning engine. In this role, you will lead a matrixed team of specialized academy heads, ensuring high operational efficiency across five distinct functions: Livestock Academy (breeding, hatcheries, feed/manufacturing), Functional Academy (quality, retail, supply chain, finance), Leadership & OD, Ecosystem Development (farmer and academic alliances), and Academy Operations (onboarding, instructional design, analytics). Your main goal is to seamlessly connect these diverse training streams directly to business performance. To succeed, you must bring a dual-mindset to balance corporate executive strategy with rural shop-floor operations, use a data-driven approach to measure academy output, and possess the strong stakeholder management skills required to align veterinary scientists, engineers, and corporate leaders.

The ideal candidate must have 15 to 20 years of L&D leadership experience, including at least 5 years managing a corporate academy or decentralized training team. We highly prefer leaders from integrated poultry/livestock, agribusiness, food manufacturing, FMCG, or heavy industries (such as pharma or oil & gas) where strict safety and operational rules are critical. You should hold a Master’s degree in HR or Business from a top institute, possess deep experience with enterprise learning technologies, and comfortably balance high-level strategy with practical field operations.
