Finance Manager – Operations

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial accounting and governance activities for a large-scale operations division. The role requires strong expertise in financial reporting, audit management, team handling, and business finance partnering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end month-end financial reporting.
• Oversee P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and journal postings.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with internal control and finance stakeholders.
• Lead ad-hoc finance projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage and mentor team members/direct reports.
• Drive business goals through analytical and financial insights.

Required Skills

• Strong financial accounting and governance knowledge.
• Expertise in reporting, reconciliations, and audit management.
• Team handling and stakeholder management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in ERP/accounting systems.

Technical Skills

• Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• VBA & SQL
• SAP / BPC / ERP Systems

Qualifications

• Commerce Graduate or Chartered Accountant.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial/team handling experience preferred
