Procurement Senior Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Procurement Senior Associate with strong experience in
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations and source-to-pay processes. This role
involves managing end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring compliance with
financial controls, supporting vendor management, and delivering high-quality
stakeholder service.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes to
streamline procurement efficiency.

Handle Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), supplier
onboarding, and vendor lifecycle management effectively.

Process invoices, validate payments, and perform reconciliations to ensure
accurate financial transactions.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, financial controls, and audit
requirements to maintain organizational integrity.

Manage contract administration, expense management, and corporate card
processes to optimize resource usage.

Maintain vendor master data and support compliance checks to uphold vendor
relationships.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve
procurement-related issues efficiently.

Monitor procurement transactions and identify process improvement
opportunities to enhance operational workflows.
Requirements:

Proven expertise in Procurement & P2P processes with 6–8 years of relevant
experience.

Strong understanding of Purchase Requisition (PR) & Purchase Order (PO)
management.
- Experience in supplier lifecycle and vendor management.
- Proficient in Invoice-to-Payment processing and contract management.
- Familiarity with vendor master data management and compliance checks.

Technical expertise in procurement platforms such as Coupa, SAP, Ariba, or
similar systems.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Finance & Accounting shared services or procurement
operations.

Exposure to audit, compliance, and process improvement initiatives to
enhance functional delivery.

Knowledge of procurement best practices and controls to drive efficiency and
effectiveness.
