Campaign Execution Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Execution Specialist to manage and
execute digital marketing campaigns through marketing automation platforms.
The ideal candidate will have experience in campaign management, audience
segmentation, email deployment, performance tracking, and stakeholder
coordination, supporting marketing, enrollment, recruitment, and brand
initiatives while ensuring timely and accurate campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Configure and launch marketing campaigns using HubSpot and other marketing
automation platforms.

Manage audience segmentation, target lists, and campaign setup to enhance
engagement.

Execute email deployments and campaign scheduling to align with overall
marketing strategies.

Perform campaign QA, testing, and validation before launch to ensure high
quality.

Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot execution issues to optimize
results.

Maintain campaign documentation, trackers, and status reports for
transparency and accountability.

Track campaign KPIs and prepare performance reports to inform stakeholders
of results.

Utilize Google Analytics and UTM tracking for precise campaign measurement.

Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, enrollment, and brand teams to
support campaign objectives.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery and
alignment.
Requirements:

Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and other marketing
automation tools.

Proven experience in marketing automation workflows and campaign execution.

Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and deployment processes.

Familiarity with campaign tracking tools, reporting, and analytics is
essential.

Experience with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and campaign performance
measurement.

Understanding of audience segmentation and list management strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
