SCADA Lead

Key Skills:
• Ensuring high SCADA uptime and communication reliability across diverse OEM systems and geographically dispersed sites.
• Ensure reliable plant monitoring, control, and data acquisition across Solar and Wind operating assets.
• The role maintains SCADA system uptime, resolves communication and data issues, and coordinates with OEMs for timely troubleshooting to support daily O&M activities.
• The SCADA Lead also works closely with the CMAS team to ensure data integrity, accurate event capture, and consistency between SCADA and central monitoring systems.
• Ensure compliance with RLDC/SLDC requirements (metering data, telemetry, FG/DSM visibility).
