solutions that meet specific business needs. Their role is crucial in ensuring

Core Activities for Solution Architects Include:

Designing robust and scalable solutions, meticulously considering
performance, security, maintainability, and integration complexities within
AXA's existing systems.

Curating a technology stack that aligns with AXA's strategic roadmap,
evaluating and recommending solutions that optimise cost, performance, and
scalability.

Creating comprehensive solution architecture documentation, including
detailed diagrams, specifications, and decision logs, to ensure transparency
and facilitate seamless communication among stakeholders.

Providing SME guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to
architectural principles and best practices throughout the implementation
phase.

Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, acting as trusted advisers

performance, scalability, security, and integration capabilities.

Effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical
stakeholders, explaining complex technical concepts clearly, and ensuring
alignment on solution design and implementation.

Providing estimates for solution implementation, helping manage costs
throughout the project lifecycle, and ensuring adherence to architectural
standards and governance processes.
