Site Manager
Job Summary:
The Site Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing project execution in
Gurugram, ensuring that all site activities align with project timelines,
budgets, and quality standards. This position requires effective leadership,
coordination among various stakeholders, and a commitment to maintaining
safety and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule overall project execution, ensuring compliance with
timelines and deliverables.

Supervise all site activities and vendor work to guarantee quality standards
are met.

Coordinate efforts among architects, consultants, contractors, and
sub-contractors for seamless project integration.

Develop and maintain communication channels to resolve conflicts among
project participants.

Ensure adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety regulations during site
operations.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management and
clients on project progress.

Conduct periodic meetings with design consultants and vendors to address
outstanding issues proactively.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech) is required.

4-8 years of experience in site management, specifically in civil interiors
and MEP services.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Projects, and basic
knowledge of AutoCAD.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Hindi.

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams
effectively.

Strong analytical, interpretive, and innovative problem-solving abilities.

Experience in financial tracking and vendor management is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with project planning, cost management, time management, quality
management, contract administration, and safety management.
