Short Description for Internal Candidates
The AEM Full-Stack Developer delivers scalable digital experiences across the MarTech ecosystem by developing and maintaining Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components, templates, workflows, and integrations across Sites, Assets, and Forms. This role partners with MarTech teams, implementation partners, and stakeholders to deliver content-driven solutions that support business goals and global fan experiences. Description for Internal Candidates Job Description The AEM Full-Stack Developer is responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting AEM-based digital experiences across Sites, Assets, and Forms.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
● Support content authors through knowledge of the AEM authoring interface.
● Integrate AEM with internal systems and third-party services.
● Contribute to solution design, platform performance, security, and stability.
● Support localization, multilingual sites, and multi-site management.
● Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with QA, operations, DevOps, and partner teams.
● Maintain code standards, documentation, and component libraries.
● Provide guidance to junior developers as needed. Requirements
● 5+ years of AEM development experience (Sites, Assets, Forms).
● Strong skills in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AEM frameworks.
● Experience building custom AEM components, templates, and authoring tools.
● Knowledge of AEM architecture, JCR, dispatcher configuration, APIs, integrations, and workflows.
● Familiarity with localization and multi-site/multi-language implementations.
● Strong troubleshooting, testing, and problem-solving skills.
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications ● Experience with Adobe Managed Services (AMS) or AEM as a Cloud Service. ● Familiarity with Adobe Target, Analytics, or Launch. ● Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and CI/CD practices. ● Adobe AEM certification preferred.
