Senior Manager - AI Transformation Lead

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager - AI Transformation Lead will play a pivotal role in driving AI initiatives across all functions at Zigly, a leading omnichannel pet care platform. By adopting AI as a strategic business lever, you will enhance productivity, facilitate business growth, and improve the quality and speed of decision-making within our dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prioritize AI use cases across various operations including retail (D2C), online platforms, marketing initiatives, operational frameworks, veterinary services, IT, and finance.
Pilot and scale high-impact AI initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards.
Track and analyze relevant AI tools and global best practices in retail, online services, healthcare, and operations to ensure Zigly remains at the forefront of technology innovation.
Collaborate with the IT department for seamless integration and implementation of AI solutions across all functions.
Educate and empower functional teams to adopt AI technologies effectively and practically, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

7-10 years of experience in AI strategy development and implementation in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, tools, and methodologies relevant to retail, marketing, and operations.
Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects and delivering results in a timely manner.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams across an organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with AI-specific tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow).
Adept at analyzing data trends and creating visualizations that enhance business understanding.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field is highly desirable.
