Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Business Data Analyst (BDA) with strong expertise in the Insurance domain (Property & Casualty – P&C) . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across policy and claims lifecycle along with a solid understanding of reinsurance processes . This role requires strong analytical capabilities, data handling expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to support business decision-making.

• Perform data mapping, transformation, and standardization across multiple systems.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.

• Work closely with data engineering and reporting teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Support data modeling activities and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Ensure adherence to data governance and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Data Analysis, Data Mapping, Transformation, and Standardization .

• Proficiency in SQL and data querying techniques.

• Solid understanding of Data Modeling concepts .

• Ability to understand and document business requirements effectively.

• Hands-on experience working with Insurance domain clients (P&C) .

• In-depth knowledge of Policy & Claims lifecycle and Reinsurance processes (mandatory).

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
