| Job Summary |
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end
coordination and execution support of wind power projects, ensuring
timely completion within defined scope, budget, and quality standards.
The role requires strong experience in on-site project execution,
cross-functional coordination, vendor management, and adherence to
safety and regulatory norms in the renewable energy sector.

| Role & Responsibilities |
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and support execution of wind power projects from
mobilization to commissioning.
• Act as a central point of contact between internal teams
(Engineering, Procurement, Quality, HSE, Finance) and external
stakeholders (clients, contractors, vendors).
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure
on-time execution.
• Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS
reports.
• Coordinate site activities including civil, structural,
electrical, mechanical erection, and commissioning works.
• Support procurement planning and material delivery tracking to
avoid site delays.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, statutory
regulations, and safety standards.
• Identify risk, issue resolution, and change management needed in
coordination with Site head and brig to the notice project Head
• Review contractor performance and ensure adherence to agreed
timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Support client coordination, site meetings, and progress review
discussions.
• Maintain complete project documentation including BOQs, drawings,
DPRs, MOMs, and handover documents.
• Coordinate with various vendors covering Civil, Mechanical and
electrical works for completion of all works for wind energy

Education, Experience & Skills requirements
|
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of wind project execution processes and site
operations.
• Hands-on experience in coordination of EPC activities for wind
projects.
• Proficiency in project tracking tools, MS Excel, MS Project /
Primavera (preferred).
• Good understanding of civil, electrical, and mechanical scope in
wind power installations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management
skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight project
timelines.
• Sound understanding of HSE practices in renewable energy projects.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical ) or equivalent.
Experience Requirement:
• 12 to 18 years of relevant experience in project execution of wind
power projects within the renewable energy sector.
• Proven experience working on site and coordinating large-scale or
multiple wind projects.
