Insurance Head

1. Develop and implement insurance strategy aligned with business risks and operational needs.

2. Manage all insurance policies including property, fire, marine, machinery breakdown, business interruption, liability, cyber, and employee-related covers (WC, GPA, Mediclaim).

3. Conduct risk assessments and coordinate with brokers, insurers, and underwriters for optimal coverage and pricing.

4. Lead end-to-end claims management, including documentation, negotiation, and settlement with insurers and surveyors.

5.Ensure regulatory compliance, governance, and support audits and risk reviews.

6. Monitor claims ratios, premiums, and risk exposure; prepare management reports and MIS.

7. Act as the central insurance SPOC across plants, warehouses, and corporate offices.
