Senior Data Processing Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Data Processing Executive to join our India-based Data
Processing Hub. This role plays a crucial part in supporting quantitative
healthcare market research projects across global markets, ensuring the
accurate and timely production of tabulations that drive insightful
decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Run and validate interim and final tabulations for quantitative research
studies.

Utilize tools such as Q, Quantum, SPSS, Excel-based platforms, or
proprietary tabulation tools to perform data processing tasks.

Ensure tabulations meet client-specific formatting, logic, and output
requirements with precision.

Conduct quality checks for data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
throughout the data processing lifecycle.

Support QA activities by maintaining appropriate documentation and adhering
to established protocols.

Assist with raw dataset preparation, including basic cleaning, formatting,
and consistency checks to ensure readiness for analysis.

Coordinate with scripting/programming teams to validate data structures for
effective tabulation.

Collaborate with research and project management teams to align on
requirements, timelines, and deliverables for successful project execution.

Troubleshoot data discrepancies and proactively highlight potential issues
or delays to ensure timely project delivery.

Maintain thorough tabulation documentation, version control, project logs,
and workflow trackers to ensure transparency and traceability.

Contribute to process improvements and continuously develop knowledge of
data processing and healthcare market research practices.
Requirements:

4+ years of experience in data processing within a market research agency;
healthcare market research experience is preferred.

Basic to intermediate proficiency in Q, Quantum, or similar data tabulation
software.

Exposure to survey scripting tools and understanding of survey data
structures is an advantage.
- Experience with survey data formats such as XML and CSV.
- Knowledge of relational databases and data structure management.

Strong understanding of quantitative research methodologies and
questionnaire structures.

Exceptional analytical and numerical skills combined with excellent
attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address data-related
issues.

Ability to interpret tabulation specifications and implement them accurately
for high-quality output.

Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively to
non-technical stakeholders.
