JOB DESCRIPTION
BD for Onsite Green H2 projects – overlooking countrywide opportunities.
- Achieving quarterly, half-yearly, yearly targets.

Ability to negotiate and handle contract agreements for onsite business.
- Ability to manage existing clients for onsite business.

Explore new opportunities and convince clients to shift from conventional
source of H2 to Green H2 and other gases.

Responsible for recruiting and forming lean but highly effective team to
explore the said objectives.

Be up to date with the latest and upcoming technologies and regulations,
especially related to renewable power and green hydrogen sectors. Convert
these technologies and regulations to business opportunities and work with
clients towards providing solutions.

Should be able to understand and grasp the technical requirements and
provide solutions to clients, thereby making a superior image of the
company.

Responsible to properly document and institutionalize all findings,
learnings, etc.

Responsible to implement training manuals and training schedules in the
team.

Maintain a healthy professional relationship with the entire organization.

Report to the VP/CGO; Analyse/Interpret data metrics and create reports for
the CGO/CEO/management committees.

Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.
PREFERED REQUIREMENTS
-
Previous working experience at a senior position (VP/AVP or similar) in
renewables, consulting background with experience of managing contracts.
Preference would be given to those who have experience working in the Gas
industry.

Sound knowledge and understanding of regulations of Renewables and/or Gas
Industry.
