Lead Assistant Manager (LAM) – DevSecOps & AI Security Experience: 3–5+ years Location: Noida (Hybrid Mode) Function: DevSecOps Role Summary

The LAM – DevSecOps & AI Security is a hands-on role focused on integrating security into CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and modern application development including AI-enabled workloads.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage security controls in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.
Integrate and operate SAST, DAST, SCA, container, and API security tools.
Support secure cloud deployments across AWS/Azure/GCP, focusing on IAM, secrets, logging, and baseline security.
Perform application security reviews, vulnerability triage, and remediation support.
Assist in securing AI/GenAI applications by following defined guardrails and patterns.
Collaborate closely with developers and platform teams to enable secure-by-design practices.

Skills & Qualifications

3–6+ years of experience in DevSecOps, application security, or cloud security.
Working knowledge of Jenkins, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and security automation.
Understanding of cloud security fundamentals and AppSec principles.
Familiarity with AI/GenAI security concepts is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting skills and collaborative mindset.
