MES Engineer

Key responsibilities: 

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). 

• Integrate MES with PLC / SCADA / DCS / ERP (SAP, Oracle) systems. 

• Collect real-time shop-floor data from machines, sensors, and control systems. 

• Configure data models, workflows, and business rules according to manufacturing processes. 

• Troubleshoot MES application, data, and communication issues. 

• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports for production, quality, and maintenance. 

• Ensure MES platforms comply with security standards and IT/OT best practices. 

• Coordinate with production, maintenance, electrical, mechanical, and IT teams for integration activities. 

• Support automation upgrades, retrofits, and new project installations.
