Job Functions as Site Project Manager:
- To ensure confidentiality of all data and project plans.

Have foresightedness to identify the elements of project design and
construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.

Development of effective communications and mechanisms for resolving
conflicts among various participants.
- Ensure project documents are complete and all compliances are met.
- Responsible for site supervision of all vendors work on site.

Effective supervision by appropriate delegation and emphasis on seamless
integration.

Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which
includes the architects, consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors.

Contribute to Cinepolis's growth and accomplish delivery of projects within
committed timelines, budget and achieve set quality standards, deputed
onsite at project location for the duration of the Projects.

Project Execution control, Site Supervision & monitoring, Bar chart control,
Quality assurance, vendor management, Procurement Tracking, team working &
building skills, interdepartmental & external liaison.

Overall project planning and scheduling, project onsite management and
control.

Preparing project Execution plan, Phasing and Logistics in sync with the
required deliverables and timelines.

To ensure all agencies comply with Environment, Health and Safety rules
during execution of work on site.

Plan procurement schedule and safe storage of all material & Ensure that all
procurement updates are sent to the Commercial & Procurement Function by the
team.

Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, and Safety
Management.

are required to interact with their team members.
Years of Experience:
04-08 Years
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Projects
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD

Superior communication skills. Fluent in written and spoken English & Hindi
both.
Experience:
5 to 7 years of experience in Civil & Interiors. Working Knowledge of MEP is
an added advantage. 5 years in civil interiors at site.
