The position of a  Recruitment Specialist/ Consultant  is an exciting opportunity for young professionals willing to experience a corporate environment and gain cross-sector knowledge. The learning curve for someone in this role is extraordinary if the individual participates with full enthusiasm and fire in the belly. The incumbent will work very closely with the Senior team and would gain hands on experience in headhunting and candidate development. 

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 years of work experience in  recruitment/search firm . You should be extremely savvy in advanced search techniques especially with LinkedIn/Naukri/ other search databases. You should have excellent communication skills. 

Roles and Responsibilities:  

• Develop understanding on the client and the mandate, based on discussions with the Mentor.
• Primary responsibility would be headhunting, cold calling and candidate development.
• Create search engagement strategies necessary to identify outstanding candidates, execute candidate identification and profiling processes through a variety of primary and secondary sources.
• To track industry developments including information on client, target companies. 
• To prepare materials for new business meeting and presentations including information on relevant search assignments, target market, company lists, market intelligence, and potential candidate profiles.
• Leverage internal and external resources to become well-versed in the practice s/he participates in and share that knowledge within the firm.
• Resourcefulness: Ability to identify new sources for secondary research through Cold calling and other creative means.

Other Qualifications:  

• Graduate with minimum 3+ years of experience 
• Preferably from the recruitment/search industry

3 - 6 years’ experience in the industry.
