Job Description - Deputy Manager
General Purpose of the Position
This role is critical in overseeing all programming schedules to ensure there are no misses on films and to ensure growth in market share. The Manager - Programming will handle/manage film programming, distributor negotiations, programming strategy, and analysis.
Job Functions
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all programming projects align with business goals.
- Process & strategy on film content rebalancing process & competition show allocation.
- To work on Programming strategy & data analysis.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Coordination with Finance Team of Cinepolis & Distribution.
- Alternate content research & Hollywood film marketing.
- Preparation of weekly programming MIS (internal and competition analysis report).
- Making screening schedules and negotiation with distributors for showcasing.
- Manage all aspects of the programming process, including content acquisition, scheduling, and promotion.
