Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor / Team Lead with strong exposure to the Life & Annuity Insurance domain. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and driving process improvements in a US insurance process environment.
Mandatory Skills
- 3–7 years of overall professional experience
- At least 1 year of experience in the Insurance domain
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Supervisor / Team Lead role
- Experience handling teams of 15–20 FTEs
- Strong understanding of operational metrics and team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in US shifts and WFO environment
