ServiceNow Solution Architect – AVP Location: Noida Experience: 10+ Years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine, architecture, development, integrations, and modern ServiceNow capabilities. The candidate should be a strong technical and logical thinker with hands-on experience in designing scalable, enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and architect scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, following architectural best practices. • Lead solution architecture primarily across ServiceNow App Engine. • Develop and review complex ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, GlideScript, APIs, scripting and integrations. • Design n-tier/n-layer application architectures, ensuring scalability, maintainability and performance. • Drive implementation and integration of ServiceNow applications with enterprise systems. • Provide technical leadership across Employee Center Portal, Now Mobile App, Virtual Agent and Now Assist. • Evaluate business requirements and translate them into robust technical and architectural solutions. • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development, security and architecture best practices. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers and technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions. Mandatory Skills • 10+ years of overall IT/ServiceNow experience. • Strong expertise in ServiceNow Solution Architecture. • Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow App Engine experience. • Strong ServiceNow development expertise: o JavaScript o GlideScript o APIs o Integrations • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architectural best practices. • Hands-on/exposure to: o Employee Center Portal o Now Virtual Agent o Now Mobile App o Now Assist • Strong understanding of n-tier/n-layer application architecture. • Excellent logical, analytical and design-thinking skills. Preferred ServiceNow Modules ITSM | App Engine | Employee Center | Virtual Agent | Now Mobile | Now Assist | Integrations Ideal Candidate A senior ServiceNow Architect / Technical Architect / Solution Architect who has strong hands-on App Engine experience and can independently own architecture, development direction, integrations and technical solution design. Note: Overall exposure of 6+ years across Employee Center, Virtual Agent, Now Mobile and Integrations is preferred.
