Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build and customize canvas apps and model-driven apps to meet business needs.
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline processes.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for data visualization and insights.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of the Power Platform ecosystem.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Power Platform development.

Strong hands-on experience with:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
- Power Automate (Flow creation and automation)
- Power BI (Data modelling, DAX, visualization)
- Solid understanding of Dataverse and connectors.
- Experience in solution design, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Good to Have
- Exposure to Copilot Studio for building AI-driven conversational experiences.
- Knowledge of Azure services and integration with Power Platform.
- Experience with governance, security, and compliance in Power Platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in Power Platform development.
