Role Summary
The AEM Full-Stack Developer will be responsible for delivering scalable
digital experiences across the MarTech ecosystem. The role involves
developing and maintaining Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components,
templates, workflows, and integrations across Sites, Assets, and Forms.
The position will collaborate with MarTech teams, implementation partners,
and business stakeholders to deliver content-driven digital solutions
aligned with business objectives and global user experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and
integrations.

Support content authors through strong knowledge of the AEM authoring
interface and authoring processes.

Integrate AEM with internal systems and third-party services using APIs
and integration frameworks.

Contribute to solution design, platform performance, security,
scalability, and stability.

Support localization, multilingual websites, and multi-site management
implementations.

Troubleshoot application and platform issues and collaborate with QA,
Operations, DevOps, and implementation partner teams.

Maintain coding standards, technical documentation, reusable component
libraries, and development best practices.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers when
required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
-
5+ years of hands-on AEM development experience across Sites, Assets,
and Forms.

Strong proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AEM
frameworks.

Hands-on experience building custom AEM components, templates, and
authoring tools.

Strong understanding of AEM architecture, JCR, Dispatcher configuration,
APIs, integrations, and workflows.

Experience with localization, multi-site, and multi-language
implementations.

Strong troubleshooting, testing, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience with Adobe Managed Services (AMS) and/or AEM as a Cloud
Service.
- Familiarity with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Launch.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards, including WCAG.
- Experience with performance optimization and application tuning.
- Hands-on exposure to CI/CD practices and modern DevOps processes.
- Adobe AEM certification is preferred.
