In this role, you will lead and manage and drive multiple projects while
safeguarding Gentari’s interest.
Key Responsibilities

Visual Language & Brand Integrity:
-
Maintain and evolve Gentari’s visual language across all platforms.

Ensure consistency in typography, layout, colour systems, and
composition across every output.

Translate brand guidelines into context-specific, high-quality
design—without dilution.

Apply a disciplined, global standard of design across all materials.

Concept & Creative Thinking:
-
Approach every brief with a point of view—design should begin with an
idea, not a layout.

Develop visual directions that align with the narrative and elevate the
communication.

Bring an advertising-led creative approach to storytelling—clear, sharp,
and purposeful.

Articulate design decisions with clarity and intent.
-
Design Execution:
-
Deliver high-quality assets across formats—presentations, reports,
social media, website, and event branding.

Ensure outputs are platform-appropriate while maintaining a unified
visual identity.
-
Work across static and motion formats, either directly or in
collaboration with video teams.
-
Uphold quality over speed—every output should meet a defined standard.

Campaign & Integration:
-
Execute design for integrated communication initiatives, ensuring
cohesion across channels.
-
Work closely with content, brand, and business teams to translate
strategy into visuals.
-
Collaborate with external agencies where required, ensuring alignment
with Gentari’s standards.

Manage timelines without compromising on quality.

Aesthetic Direction & Benchmarking:
-
Stay informed on global design and advertising benchmarks.
-
Continuously refine and elevate the visual quality of outputs.
-
Bring in references and perspectives that strengthen creative direction.

Ensure Gentari’s design language remains contemporary, relevant, and
differentiated.
These competencies could help you better succeed in this role:
-
5–8 years of experience in advertising agencies, branding studios, or
high-quality in-house teams

Demonstrated ability to work from concept to execution, not just production
-
Strong portfolio reflecting clarity of thinking, aesthetic maturity, and
consistency
-
Experience working on corporate or B2B brands is preferred.

Ability to think in ideas, not just visuals
-
Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and composition
-
Proficiency in relevant design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
-
Understanding of how design functions across platforms and formats
-
Ability to interpret business and brand context into visual form
-
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
-
Clear communication and collaborative working style.
