Land Acquisition- Hero Future Energies

Job Summary:

Hero Future Energies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Land Acquisition Executive to join our team in Delhi. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of our renewable energy projects by identifying and securing land for development, ultimately contributing to a more sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and secure suitable land parcels for renewable energy projects in compliance with local regulations.
Engage with landowners and negotiate land lease agreements that align with company goals and community interests.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential land acquisition opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient acquisition processes.
Prepare and present land acquisition proposals and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage relationships with local authorities, community representatives, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project approvals.
Maintain accurate records of land acquisitions and related documentation to support project planning and compliance efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Land Management, Real Estate, Environmental Science, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, or a related field, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with landowners and communities.
Proficient in market analysis and proficient understanding of local land policies and regulations.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience in the energy sector, particularly in solar and wind energy projects.
Familiarity with environmental impact assessments and statutory requirements related to land acquisition.
Proven track record of completed land acquisitions in the renewable energy industry.
Professional certifications related to real estate or land management.
