Agentic AI Engineer

Job Summary:

Tplay a pivotal role in driving our AI initiatives using cutting-edge technologies like Claude Code and Agentic AI. This position requires a strong technical foundation and the ability to integrate various data platforms, ultimately impacting our company's success in utilizing AI for intelligent decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI algorithms using Claude Code and Agentic AI to enhance business processes and intelligence.
• Integrate and orchestrate data from various sources using LangGraph and Langchain to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize data integration pipelines in Azure Databricks or Snowflake for efficient data handling.
• Utilize Neo4j for context graph-based reasoning to support data-driven decision-making and insights.
• Apply strong Python and PySpark engineering skills to build scalable and efficient applications with a focus on API integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement multi-agent integration patterns for enhanced system interoperability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers while driving best practices in AI and data integration strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Claude Code and Agentic AI implementations in a commercial setting.
• Strong proficiency in data integration techniques using Azure Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in Neo4j and graph-based reasoning methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge of Python and PySpark with a focus on building robust API integrations.
• Familiarity with MCP (Multi-Channel Processing) and multi-agent integration patterns.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with LangGraph and Langchain technologies for orchestration of machine learning workflows.
• Understanding of best practices for data governance and security within AI implementations.
• Prior experience in a leadership role within AI or data engineering teams.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI solutions and architectures.
• Participation in open-source projects or contributions to AI communities.
