Role Overview:
The TA & Engagement specialist will be responsible for managing the full
recruitment cycle for multiple functions within the organization, driving
recruitment process and partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent
to the organization. He / She will leverage the experience and knowledge of
recruitment best practices to attract and hire top talent while delivering a
positive candidate experience.
Job Role & Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: 1) Manage end-to-end
recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection,
and offer management. 2) Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing
needs and source candidates accordingly. 3) Continuously improve recruitment
processes and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. 4)
Implement and manage a streamlined onboarding process to ensure new hires are
well-integrated into the company culture. 5) Build and maintain a strong
pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, talent
networks, referrals, and partnerships with educational institutions and
professional associations. 6) Utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics
to track and evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies
(e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire)
HR Operations: 1) Support various HR initiatives, including employee
engagement and recruitment process implementation and L&D initiatives.
2) Reach out to new joiners and complete 15-day, 30-day and 45-day check-in
with them.
3) Address concerns/queries highlighted during check-ins and create space for
feedback, guidance and course corrections.
4) Serve as a trusted advisor to business units on HR-related matters. 5)
Oversee the delivery of HR services, including onboarding, benefits experience
including insurance, Child Care, exit operations, employee records management,
and HRIS support.
6) Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best
practices in HR service delivery.
Employee Engagement: 1) Prepare yearly engagement calendar and drive
initiatives, programs that aligns with organization goal and culture.
2) Develop and coordinate wellness initiatives, engagement programs, including
events, and workshops
3) Analyse regular surveys and feedback sessions to measure employee
engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
4) Recognize and celebrate employee achievements and milestones through
various recognition programs.
5) Organize and manage employee events, such as team-building activities,
volunteer opportunities, and social gatherings, to strengthen interpersonal
relationships and team cohesion.
6) Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and issues, promoting a positive
and respectful work environment.
Learning & Development:
1) Conduct organization-wide training needs analysis (TNA). Partner with
business leaders and HODs to identify capability gaps.
2) Develop annual learning calendars aligned with business priorities. Create
learning roadmaps for technical, behavioural, and soft skill competencies.
3) Manage LMS platforms and publish learning records. Measure learning
outcomes using feedback and assessment tools.
4) Build internal faculty networks and subject matter expert programs.
Organize learner’s week, speaker sessions, and capability forums.
5) Maintain training budgets and vendor contracts and ensure compliance
training completion.
Key skills and Experience: 1) Education: MBA HR with 5 - 8 years of experience
in Talent Acquisition domain preferably in Energy Sector. 2) Excellent
communication skills.
3) AI certified and hands-on with creating PPTs, tool kits and various
reports. 4) Should be willing to work across various functional areas within
HR. 5) Resilient and flexible to change, with an ability to manage high
workload and conflicting priorities.
6) Highly organized and attention to detail. Strong multitasking.

9) Strong creativity, analytical, problem-solving, planning and organisation
skills.
