Role Overview
We are looking for a strong Operations Leader with extensive experience in managing large-scale delivery operations across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) domains. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading large teams of 800–900+ employees and driving operational excellence, client management, process transformation, and business growth.
Experience in handling Transportation & Logistics clients/processes will be an added advantage.
This role requires an operations-heavy leader who can effectively manage high-volume delivery environments, drive productivity, ensure SLA adherence, and lead large teams in a fast-paced setup.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in Operations/Service Delivery within BPM/BPO/Shared Services environment.
- Strong experience in P2P and OTC operations management.
- Proven experience in managing large teams of 800–900+ employees.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing experience.
- Demonstrated experience in driving operational excellence and transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SLA/KPI management, productivity improvement, governance, and financial management.
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
- Exposure to Transportation & Logistics domain/processes preferred.
