UI/UX Designer with Proven SaaS Experience
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with proven SaaS experience – someone who
can translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly applications.
Immediate Near-Term Project Work
We’re building a robust SaaS MVP. We’ve initiated discovery work — written
user personas and stories, and initial UX architecture. We looking for a UI/UX
designer who can build on this foundation, refine the user experience, and
quickly develop prototypes to share with our test client. This client is very
involved so we want to iterate often to rapidly develop an MVP.
We will be white labeling this platform for this initial client so we will
follow their style guide. The designer will need to create a Figma library
based on this style guide.
-
Improve user flows and navigation for SaaS web and mobile screens
-
Optimize design consistency, typography, and responsive layouts
-
Apply conversion-focused enhancements to signup, onboarding, and key
interaction points
-
Prepare the design system for scalability and future iterations
-
Suggest how the UX can support analytics, tracking, and potential AI-driven
improvements (e.g. personalization, recommendations)
-
Deliver updated design assets and clickable prototypes ready for developer
handoff
-
Review what we have created, identify usability gaps, and apply polish to
make the MVP more professional, engaging, and scalable.
How You’ll Grow With Us
Eventually become part of our Core Creatives team who will define what our
prospects/clients, industry partners, and existing/future employees see when
they interact with us.
We are also developing our marketing collateral. The designer would assist in
developing a style guide based on our branding, develop templates, and assist
in designing several sales sheets, capabilities decks, and digital assets.
-
Design and iterate on user interfaces and experiences for next-generation
SaaS automation platforms.
-
Turn highly technical, event-driven workflows into simple, accessible user
journeys.
-
Build design systems that ensure consistency, scalability, and usability
across multiple products.
-
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers to align
business goals with user needs.
-
Provide input and guidance on unifying our product marketing via traditional
and digital channels.
-
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design
decisions.
-
Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in
Figma (or similar).
-
Apply best practices in SaaS UX design: onboarding flows, dashboards,
analytics, multi-tenant usage, and billing.
-
Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design across web platforms.
-
Contribute to product direction from day one, influencing features and
workflows.

interfaces.
