Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design, automate, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure supporting multi-tenant SaaS platforms in the FinTech domain. The candidate will work closely with engineering teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, infrastructure automation, and observability solutions, while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability of distributed systems. Experience working with financial platforms, data-sensitive environments, and multi-tenant architectures will be highly valuable.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment of cloud-native applications.
Build and manage containerized workloads deployed on Kubernetes clusters.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and environment management using Infrastructure as Code practices.
Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions for distributed systems.
Integrate DevSecOps controls into build and deployment pipelines.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment workflows and system reliability.
Troubleshoot production issues and improve platform stability and performance.
Support the architecture and operations of multi-tenant SaaS platforms, ensuring tenant isolation, security, and scalability.
Contribute to infrastructure design supporting financial applications requiring high availability, auditability, and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in the FinTech or financial services domain.
Understanding of data security, audit logging, and compliance requirements in financial platforms.
Experience designing or supporting multi-tenant SaaS systems with tenant isolation strategies.
Exposure to architectures involving microservices, API gateways, and event-driven systems.
Understanding of scalable data storage solutions and object storage platforms.
Understanding of Zero-Trust Model and Least Privilege on the Security Front.

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with Helm or ArgoCD for Kubernetes deployments.
Experience implementing GitOps workflows.
Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio / Linkerd).
Familiarity with centralized logging platforms (ELK / OpenSearch).
Knowledge of Kafka or event-driven architectures.
Experience with API gateways and identity integration (OAuth, SAML, OIDC).
Familiarity with cloud cost optimization practices.
Experience with secure secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault).

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of professional DevOps / Cloud engineering experience.
Strong understanding of Linux systems administration.
Experience supporting production environments.
Good understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, TLS, and cloud security principles.
Ability to work in Agile / DevOps culture and cross-functional teams.
