AMS Team Lead

Role Specific Skills:

SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Ariba Procurement

SAP Ariba Integration Certification (CIG or API-based)

Oracle EBS Financials Cloud Certification (optional but valuable)

ITIL Foundation Certification (for support process alignment)

Technical/ Soft skills

  Experience in using ServiceNow ticketing system

·        Strong Experience in Ariba implementation and maintenance

     Required process knowledge of Procurement & Invoice processing

·        Good analytical skills & competent at logical reasoning

Responsibilities

·        Oversee sub function/team activities

·        Responsible for client co ordination, issue resolution, escalation management

·        Resource shift alignment as per WTW business requirement

·        Monitor key performance parameters of the process & ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs

·        Partner with WTW on process improvement/ transformation initiatives
