Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Offensive Security / Red Teaming professional who can simulate advanced cyberattacks and identify security gaps across enterprise environments, applications, cloud platforms, and identity systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in penetration testing, adversary simulation, vulnerability exploitation, attack path analysis, and security validation across modern infrastructure including cloud and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Red Team assessments and adversary simulation exercises
• Conduct Web, API, Network, Cloud, and Active Directory penetration testing
• Identify attack paths across infrastructure, IAM, cloud workloads, and endpoints
• Simulate phishing, privilege escalation, lateral movement, and persistence techniques
• Assess security posture of Azure / AWS / GCP environments
• Evaluate Identity & Access Management controls including AD, IAM, PAM, and SSO
• Validate security controls such as EDR, SIEM, XDR, WAF, and Zero Trust architecture
• Support purple team engagements with Blue Team for detection improvement
• Document findings, exploitation paths, business risks, and remediation recommendations
• Stay updated with latest TTPs aligned to MITRE ATT&CK; framework
