Position Summary
The Manager – Wind Resource Assessment (WRA) will be responsible for
end-to-end wind resource assessment, energy yield estimation (EYA), and
technical due diligence for utility-scale, C&I, and hybrid projects. This role
requires deep technical expertise in wind resource modelling, hands-on
experience with industry-standard WRA software, and the ability to
independently deliver full-cycle EYA studies from greenfield assessment
through final bankable energy yield and time-series generation. The position

Perform detailed wind resource assessments
using industry-standard tools such as OpenWind, WAsP, WindPRO, and CFD
software (e.g., Meteodyn); proficiency in at least two major tools is
mandatory.
-
Conduct linear flow modelling
, mesoscale microscale coupling, and long-term wind resource correction.
-
Analyze and cleaning of wind measurement data
, terrain and roughness assessment, wake losses, availability,
electrical losses, and other plant-level losses.
-
Develop and document uncertainty assessments
in line with lender and IEC standards.
-
Energy Yield Assessment & Technical Studies

Prepare bankable Energy Yield Assessments (EYA)
including P50/P75/P90 estimates and detailed loss breakdowns.
-
Support turbine micro-siting
and layout optimization using OpenWind or equivalent platforms.
-
Provide technical inputs for met mast / LiDAR / SoDAR placement
, site feasibility, and early-stage pipeline evaluation.
-
Generate time-series outputs
