Senior Developer – Marketing Cloud & Agentforce Engineer Location: Gurgaon / Pune Experience: 4+ Years Notice Period: 15 Days or Less Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Developer – Marketing Cloud & Agentforce Engineer to design and build scalable, AI-driven marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Agentforce. The role will focus on marketing automation, customer data, system integrations, AI-powered workflows, and personalized customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Agentforce & AI • Design and deploy Agentforce Agents, Topics, and Actions for marketing and customer engagement. • Configure Prompt Builder and integrate AI/LLM capabilities into customer journeys. • Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Data Cloud and external APIs. • Implement AI guardrails, testing, and compliance standards. SFMC Development • Develop solutions using Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact Builder. • Build personalized marketing logic using AMPscript, SSJS, and JavaScript. • Develop CloudPages, interactive forms, and API-triggered journeys. • Troubleshoot complex SFMC data flows and automation issues. Data & Integrations • Design Data Extensions, relational data models, and customer profiles. • Build REST/SOAP API integrations, webhooks, microservices, and native connectors. • Write intermediate-to-advanced SQL queries for data transformation and segmentation. • Support real-time data flows and AI-driven customer decisioning. Mandatory Skills • 3+ years hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) • Strong experience in Automation Studio, Journey Builder & Contact Builder • Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS & JavaScript • Hands-on exposure to Salesforce Agentforce / Einstein AI / Prompt Builder • Strong REST/SOAP API integration experience • Good understanding of Data Extensions, data modelling and customer data • Strong SQL skills – JOIN, GROUP BY, string/math functions, etc. • Strong HTML, CSS & JavaScript skills for CloudPages • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills Good to Have • Salesforce Data Cloud – Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights • MuleSoft Anypoint Platform – API Manager, DataWeave, CloudHub • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification • Salesforce AI Associate certification • Agentforce Specialist certification
