Oracle Financial Consultant / HFM Consultant

Job Title: Program Manager (Oracle Cloud migration)

Experience- 8+ years exp.

Location- Gurgaon (Hybrid-2-3 days a week in office)

Job Description:

·        Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Applications, specifically: GL, DRM/HFM/FAH

·        Oracle cloud migration experience executed as PM, understanding fundamentals of Oracle EBS (HFM/DRM/GL)

·        Solid understanding of financial systems, accounting flows, and month-end close processes.

·        Experience delivering large, cross-functional programs involving enterprise-scale Oracle platforms.

·        Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-based architecture.

·        Proven ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple teams and vendors.

·        Excellent communication, documentation, and executive-level presentation skills.

·        Program Management: Able to drive critical and high visibility programs with excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, risk management. Good understanding of Agile

Responsibilities:
