As part of ASE’s IT team located in New Delhi, India and various locations in
Europe, contribute in the establishment of the overall IT architecture for ASE
and drive forward all aspects of advanced technology deployment within the
company, in particular AI tools. As part of a close-knit team, the individual
in this position will also be expected to cover other team members in various
aspects of IT support, though focus will be on the deployment and rollout of
advanced tools.
Job Responsibilities:

ASE IT architecture and Integration

Work with the Head of IT and other stakeholders to define ASE's overall
IT architecture

Realisation of agreed IT architecture through systems implementation and
integration
-
Efficiency, Automation and AI
-
Data and information flows: Map and document data and information flows
across business functions, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and
implement improvements in line with the company's agreed IT architecture
and under the guidance of the Head of IT.

Work with Head of IT and business function owners to identify new
use-cases for deployment of advanced tools such as AI (some use cases
are already determined)
- Deploy AI tools across the business

Control and Governance
-
Ensure AI tools are deployed and managed in a controlled environment and
in line with relevant regulatory requirements.

AI license management, coordination and benefit measurement/reporting.

- Vendor management
- SaaS and license administration

Minimum Requirements:
-
Degree in a relevant IT field, preferably with AI modules or specialisation

Minimum 5 years in AI, automation and advanced IT tool deployment

Experience implementing and deploying automation and AI tools (in a
renewable’s environment would be a plus)

Experience in:
- Microsoft 365 and Azure environment
-
Operational Technology and SCADA-related automation and efficiency
deployment
-
AI technology usage around cybersecurity
-
IT in an operating renewable industry (OT/SCADA)

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative spirit and culturally aware
- Fluency in spoken and written English
