Job Description
- Lead and manage equity transactions for greenfield projects and M&As.

Build and own the financial models, investment presentations, project
information memorandums, etc. for syndication with management and the
investment committees.

Manage relationship with relevant parties related to fund raising (banks,
equity investors, shareholders).

Manage stakeholders across the different business clusters such as business
development, project development, regulatory, project finance, etc. across
the lifecycle of the projects.

Conduct and co-ordinate due diligence activities for potential transactions.

Support risk assessment on major financial decisions to mitigate any
possible losses. Provide value added analysis by highlighting risk, issues
and variances.

Work with management to ensure financial initiatives align with overall
corporate strategy.

Mentor and train junior team members to build a succession plan and ensure
continuity of deliverables.
Required Skills and Experience
- MBA from top institutions (IIMs/XLRI/FMS etc.).

At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in corporate finance and/or
advisory roles (preferably with banks, financial institutions, or renewable
energy players).

Direct exposure to valuation and appraisal techniques such as Discounted
Cash Flow, IRR, multiples, comparable transactions for infrastructure
projects like roads, highways, renewables, etc.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Effective communication and influencing skills in both oral and written
forms.

Strong project and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple
priorities.
- Strong data mining, problem solving, financial and analytical skills.
