Land Acquisition Manager (AM/DM or AGM/DGM)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Land Acquisition Manager to join our
dynamic team in the renewable energy sector. In this pivotal role, you will
contribute to the strategic growth of our solar and wind projects by
identifying and securing land for development, directly impacting our mission
to create sustainable energy solutions for a greener future.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and secure potential land parcels for renewable energy
projects, primarily focusing on solar and wind.

Negotiate land purchase and lease agreements with landowners, ensuring
favorable terms that align with project objectives.

Conduct thorough feasibility studies and site assessments, including
environmental impact evaluations and zoning regulations.

Collaborate with internal teams, including project management and legal, to
facilitate smooth land acquisition processes.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government
agencies, and stakeholders to promote project support and cooperation.

Prepare and present comprehensive reports on land acquisition status,
challenges, and strategies to upper management.

Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices related to
land acquisition in the renewable sector.
Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in land acquisition, specifically within
the renewable energy sector (solar and wind preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a
related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Proven track record of negotiating complex land deals and navigating
regulatory frameworks.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess land value and
development potential.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering
positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in
a fast-paced environment.
