Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our
Record-to-Report (RTR) team in a C2 Individual Contributor role. The ideal
candidate will have strong expertise in RTR processes, financial reporting,
month-end close activities, and BlackLine reconciliation tools. This role
requires excellent stakeholder management and communication skills,
preferably with experience in Big 4 firms or leading captive/shared service
organizations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) activities, including journal
entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial close processes.

Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities ensuring
accuracy and adherence to timelines.

Utilize
BlackLine
for account reconciliations, balance sheet substantiation, and close
management activities.

Review and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting
standards and internal controls.

Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation initiatives
within RTR operations.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, auditors, and cross-functional teams
to resolve accounting and reporting issues.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
and explanations.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, accounting standards, and
regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
-
Additional qualification such as
CPA
will be preferred.

10–15 years of experience in RTR, Financial Reporting, General Ledger
Accounting, and Month-End Close processes.

Strong hands-on experience with
BlackLine
.

Prior experience in
Big 4 firms
or reputed captive/shared service organizations such as American Express,
Mercer, Credit Suisse, JLL, etc is preffered

Exposure to audit processes and financial controls.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and
reconciliations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
