Hiring Requirement – HR Manager (Contractual) | Australia

We are looking for a Band C1 Manager-level HR professional based in Australia to work with EXL on a contractual basis for approximately 7–8 days per month from offixe .

Role Requirements:

• Manager-level HR professional (Band C1 or equivalent).
• Available to work on a contractual/part-time basis (7–8 days per month).
• Strong experience in end-to-end HR operations and administration.
• Well-versed in:
  • HR Administration
  • Employee Compliance
  • Statutory and Regulatory Compliance
  • Australian Employment Laws
  • Legal and HR Governance
• Good understanding of Australian HR policies, employment practices, and workplace regulations.
• Should be capable of supporting future hiring activities and ensuring HR policies and processes are aligned with Australian legal requirements.

If the engagement continues and hiring activities increase, the candidate should be able to provide guidance on Australian HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.
