Role Summary

Experienced Data Leader responsible for end-to-end delivery of data initiatives , combining program management, data architecture, and client engagement . Drives data strategy, platform development, and governance while leading large teams and ensuring high-quality, scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Project & Delivery Management

• Own end-to-end delivery of data projects (planning, execution, delivery)
• Manage sprint cycles, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery with clear milestones
• Coordinate across engineering, analytics, and business teams
• Track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders

2. Stakeholder & Client Management

• Understand client requirements and translate into technical solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
• Provide regular updates on status, risks, and outcomes

---

3. Team Leadership

• Lead and manage large teams (50+ members)
• Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback
• Identify skill gaps and support hiring/onboarding
• Mentor team members and drive a learning culture

---

4. Data Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and implement data strategy aligned with business goals
• Build and maintain data roadmap for future capabilities
• Drive adoption of modern data platforms and best practices

---

5. Technical Leadership

• Design scalable data architectures (pipelines, warehousing, processing)
• Select and implement tools like Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Ensure coding standards, design best practices, and code reviews

---

6. Data Engineering & Pipelines

• Lead ETL/ELT pipeline development
• Build batch and real-time (streaming) data pipelines
• Integrate multiple data sources (APIs, third-party, internal systems)

7. Data Governance & Quality

• Ensure data quality (accuracy, completeness, timeliness)
• Implement metadata management and data lineage
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and security standards

---

8. Pre-Sales & Proposals

• Lead RFP and SOW creation for data projects
• Ensure proposals meet client and organizational requirements

---

9. Thought Leadership

• Drive innovation in Data & AI
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and community engagement

---
