Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud: Data Management & Modeling - Data Stream, Data Lake Object, Data Model, Identity & Segmentation, Calculated Insights
• Basic Understanding of Administration of Salesforce Data Cloud: Managing user roles, permissions, External System Integration
• Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS concepts: Real project experience of writing SQL queries from scratch with good understanding of RDMS concepts to optimize queries as per requirements
• Strong in Data concepts for profiling and data object schema design (data modeling)
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CRM, External Teams to design solutions and integrate Data Cloud with enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of Einstein and Agent force related to Data Cloud
• Strong troubleshooting skills - ability to trace data issues end-to-end.

Good to Have Skills:

• Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) data extensions, automations, data views, and Contact/Subscriber model
• Understand the data flow between source systems to build/optimize data pipelines in SFMC
• Some programming language like Python and experience in building/optimizing data pipelines.
• Marketing Domain B2B knowledge and support campaign teams with data preparation, segmentation logic, and audience readiness.
• Nice to have experience in Journey Builder.
• Working knowledge of AMPscript/SSJS
